The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/324/379/307 IPC has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. This case is the counter version of Dhanwar P.S. Case No. 255/2014. Both the parties have sustained injury. There is land dispute between the parties.

Learned A.P.P opposed the petitioner’s prayer for bail. However, he has not disputed the said factual contentions of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court below within a period of two weeks. If he surrenders before the Court below within the aforesaid period, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Sinha, J.M, 1^st Class, Giridih in connection with Dhanwar P.S. Case No. 254/2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 3327/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C and further that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.11,000/- in the Trial Court on the date of his surrender by way of ad interim compensation to the injured Ajay Prakash Singh in terms of Jharkhand Victim Compensation Act. On deposit of the aforesaid amount, the Trial Court shall issue notice to the injured Ajay Prakash Singh and on his appearance and proper verification, shall release the aforesaid amount in his favour.
