The petitioner has been made accused for the offence under sections 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 68 of 2013 corresponding to Spt. G.R. Case No. 858 of 2013..
Petitioner is not named in the FIR. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 07.05.2014 in B.A. No. 3018 of 2014 and he produces the order.
Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail prayer but has not controverted the aforesaid facts.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gumla in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 68 of 2013 corresponding to Spt. G.R. Case No. 858 of 2013.
