The petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2012 in connection with R.C. 02(S)/2014-R arising out of Pithoriya P.S. Case No. 40 of 2012 and S.T. Case No. 98 of 2013, for the offence under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 469, 472 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3(i)(v) of the S.C./ S.T. Act, 1989 read with section 138 of the N.I. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the C.B.I. after investigation has not sent up the petitioner to face the trial.

Counsel for the CBI admits the said position.

Regard being had to the said admitted position I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of R. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Y. Mani, learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-1st, Ranchi, in connection with R.C. 02(S)/2014-R arising out of Pithoriya P.S. Case No. 40 of 2012 and S.T. Case No. 98 of 2013.
