The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Litipara P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 743 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 3/ 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
It appears that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 23.02.2016, both the parties have appeared before the Mediator and report, which has been sent by the Mediator, suggests that the mediation has been successful and the matrimonial relationship has been restored between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2.
In view of the report of the Mediator, this application is allowed and the petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within three weeks from today and on his so surrendering he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Pakur, in connection with Litipara P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 743 of 2015, subject to the terms and conditions as enumerated under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
