03 /16.02.2016 Apprehending his arrest, the sole petitioner Shiv Charan Mahto has moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Mandu (Kuju) P.S. Case No. 209 of 2015 instituted under sections 379/411/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. PP for the State.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner relying upon annexure A, which is part of the counter affidavit filed at the instance of the State submitted that the documents submitted by the petitioner before the Investigating Officer have been verified and found to be genuine. Hence the petitioner deserves to be released on bail.

Learned Addl. PP representing the State fairly submitted that the Investigating Officer, after verification, has found the documents as genuine.

Considering the submissions of the counsels and the fact as discussed above, I am inclined to grant privileges of anticipatory bail to the sole petitioner. Hence, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of this order, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st class, Hazaribagh in connection with Mandu (Kuju) P.S. Case No. 209 of 2015 (G. R. 2085 of 2015 ) subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
