Heard Mr. A. K. Chaturvedi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Sudhir Kumar Roy, learned A.P.P., appearing for the State.
Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.11.2015 passed in B.A. No. 8638 of 2015.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the the petitioner had no concern with alleged recovery of explosive substance and that he is in custody 24.7.2015.
Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
In view of the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dumka in connection with Shikaripra P.S. Case No. 78 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 983 of 2015.
