Heard Mr. Bibhash Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Md. Azeemuddin, learned A.P.P., appearing for the State.
Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 08.09.2015 passed in B.A. No. 4601 of 2015.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire allegation has been diluted in view of the evidence of the informant who has been examined as P.W. 1 and who refused to identify the petitioner and that the petitioner has remained in custody since 16.1.2015.
Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Regard being had to the evidence of the informant who has been examined as P.W. 1, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XVII, Ranchi in connection with S.T. No. 216 of 2015 arising out of Ratu P.S. Case No. 10 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 369 of 2015.
