Heard Mr. D. K. Chakraverty, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. G.S. Prasad, learned A.P.P., appearing for the State.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.09.2015 passed in B.A. No. 5341 of 2015.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in course of investigation the witnesses have stated about the complicity of the petitioner along with Karu Soren and Chhote Soren in the occurrence and both Karu Soren and Chhote Soren have been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 2170 of 2016 and B.A. No. 1537 of 2016 respectively. It has further been submitted that some of the witnesses who had stated about the involvement of the petitioner have been examined in course of trial and they have not supported the prosecution case.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has referred to certain paragraphs of the case diary and submitted that witnesses have stated that the petitioner along with Karu Soren and Chhote Soren have taken part in the commission of the offence.

Regard being had to the fact that the case of the present petitioner and Karu Soren as well as Chhote Soren are similar, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- IV at Jamshedpur in connection with S.T. No. 212 of 2014 arising out of Parsudih P.S. Case No. 17 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 254 of 2014.
