The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pakur (Mal) P.S. Case No.227 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.496 of 2014, S.C. No. 5 of 2015, for the offence under Section 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
The case relates to dacoity and the case was instituted against unknown.
From the impugned order it appears that subsequently, the informant has named this petitioner in restatement and the petitioner is also named in the confessional statement of the co-accused.
In the facts of this case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, Milon Sk. @ Milan Sheikh, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Pakur, in connection with, Pakur (Mal) P.S. Case No.227 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.496 of 2014, S.C. No. 5 of 2015.
