Prosecution.
The petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 302, 201 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Bhelwaghati P.S. Case No. 14 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 2539 of 2013, S.T. No. 8 of 2014.
The case relates to murder of the father of the informant, who had gone to his field. The dead body of the deceased was found and the case was instituted against the petitioner and other co-accused.
In view of the statement of one witness, who had stated that she had seen the petitioner and other co-accused dragging the dead body of the deceased in the field, from where it was recovered, bail applications of this petitioner were earlier rejected twice on merits.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner, Khalil Ansari. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
