The petitioner is an accused in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has come on the basis of alleged confessional statement of the co-accused in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016 in which the petitioner has already been granted bail by this Court. The petitioner is a student and he is in judicial custody since 14.10.2016.
The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the
petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No. 223 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. No. 2239 of 2016.
