02/ 16.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.6.2014, passed in B.A. No. 3483 of 2014, by which bail was granted to the petitioner on the condition that she shall be released on bail, if she returns back the amount to the aggrieved persons and produces the proof thereof in the Court below.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner seeks modification in the order that the petitioner may be granted provisional bail and thereafter she shall make the payment to the aggrieved persons in installments.
In the facts of the case, I do not find any reason for modification in the order dated 20.6.2014, passed in B.A. No. 3483 of 2014. There is no merit in this application and the same is accordingly, dismissed.
