03/20.11.2014 After some argument, Mr. Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the presence of informant is necessary before this court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the informant as opposite party no.2 in this case.
Issue notice to newly added opposite party no.2 under registered cover with A/D as well as by ordinary process for which requisite etc. must be filed within a week.
Put up this case after appearance of the opposite party no.2.
In the meantime, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioners- Vineet Sharma @ Banti and Sumit Sharma @ Sumit Kumar Sharma in connection with Bhawnathpur P.S. Case No.261 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No.2726 of 2013 pending in the court of Sri M. Kumar, learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.)-X, Garhwa.
