Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Reasoned order has been passed on 23.11.2012 by the Vice- Chancellor, Ranchi University, Ranchi, enclosed as Annexure-A to the show cause in compliance of the order dated 18.07.2011 passed in the writ petition from which this contempt has arisen.
Having considered the submission of the parties, it appears that a direction was issued to pass a reasoned order on the representation of the petitioner. If the petitioner has any grievances in relation to the reasoned order, he is at liberty to raise before the appropriate forum. However, no case of contempt is made out. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of and proceedings are dropped.
