Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The opposite party has filed a show cause on 13.02.2015. Learned counsel for the opposite party, by referring to the statement made at para- 4 to 7, states that Vikas Pustika has been issued in favour of the petitioner and amounts indicated towards compensation for house, tank and well have been paid and received by the petitioner and certain amounts under shifting charge, land purchase grant, house building grant, self employment grant, life maintenance grant have been sanctioned by the Additional Director, Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation, Swarnarekha Multipurpose Project, Jamshedpur. It is stated that as soon as allotment is received, above stated sanctioned amounts will be released in the account of the petitioner as referred in para-7.

Having considered the aforesaid show cause of the opposite party and the submission for the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as State, it appears that the opposite parties have substantially complied with the order under offence.

However, in respect of the amounts, which appear to have been sanctioned, but not paid, it is expected that the opposite party will ensure the payment of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of and proceedings are dropped.
