Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No.178 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No.3684 of 2013, S.T. No.97 of 2014.
The case relates to dacoity and in view of the fact that the looted mobile as detailed in the FIR was recovered on the basis of the confessional statement of the petitioner, earlier the bail application of this petitioner was rejected on merits by order dated 04.7.2014 in B.A. No.3683 of 2014.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail stands rejected.
