5/15.6.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for
the State.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telco P.S case No. 71 of 2014 corresponding to G.R No.549 of 2014, for the offence under Sections 25 (1-B)(a), 26 of the Arms Act.
From the F.I.R., it appears that the petitioner was apprehended on 12.2.2014 in connection with a murder case and on the basis of confessional statement of the petitioner, one pistol loaded with four cartridges was recovered. The present case has been registered only under the Arms Act.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Prakash Mishra, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jamshedpur, in connection with Telco P.S case No. 71 of 2014 corresponding to G.R No.549 of 2014.
