The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Huntergunj P.S. Case No. 77 of 2015 registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code, 25(1B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act and under Section 17(1) & (2) of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and that he is in custody since 10.5.2015
Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
Since a country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the
petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail.
Hence, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage.
