The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chirkunda (Maithan) P.S. Case No. 293/2013, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 5148/2013, registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and subsequently on suspicion, he has been implicated.
It has further been submitted that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and that he is in custody since 23.04.2015. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and refers to certain paragraphs of the case diary, in which the witnesses have stated that subsequently they could come to know the involvement of the petitioner in the offence.
Regard being had to the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Chirkunda (Maithan) P.S. Case No. 293/2013, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 5148/2013.
