The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hatgamharia P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 436 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It has further been submitted that the articles were alleged to have been recovered from the house, which was rented by the petitioner and in absence of T.I. Parade it cannot be ascertained that the articles recovered were actually stolen property. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that co-accused Ravi Gope has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 7564 of 2015.
