6/19.1.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State as also learned counsel for the opposite party No.2.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ramna P.S Case No.14 of 2013 corresponding to G.R No.93 of 2013, for the offence under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.
Though it is the stand of the petitioner that he has made the required payment to the opposite party No.2, but this stand is emphatically denied by the learned counsel for the opposite party No.2.
It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the State that the process under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C., has already been issued against the petitioner.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Neeraj Kumar Choubey. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
