Counsel for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that husband of the informant has assured to keep her with dignity and care but he has later refused.

Admittedly husband is not the petitioner at present.

Considering facts and circumstances as well as matrimonial nature of offence, the petitioners named above are directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of two weeks from today and on such surrender, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. at Ghatshila in connection with Ghatshila P.S. Case No. 20/ 2015 [G.R. No. 85/ 2015], subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
