02/08.05.2015. Bail petition filed by Dipeshwar Gope @ Dipesh Gope , is moved by Mr. A.K.Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Mr. Amresh Kumar, A.P.P. for the State.
Earlier bail prayer of the petitioner rejected after considering the statements of Karampal Oraon and Jitram Oraon recorded at paragraph no. 77 and 80 of the case diary. It appears that aforesaid two witnesses had already been examined in the court below as P.W.1 and P.W.5 respectively, but they have not supported the case of the prosecution and declared hostile.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I allow this application and direct court below to enlarge the petitioner on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Gumla in connection with S.T.No. 194 of 2014.
