Bail application filed by Ajay Oraon @ Ajay Kujur, is moved by Sri Om Prakash Saboo, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri Anand Kumar Pandey, learned Additional P.P. for the State.
Earlier bail prayer of petitioner rejected because he has inflicted chura blow in the abdomen of informant. However, it appears that the informant – cum - injured had already been examined and he deposed that he is not knowing, who inflicted chura blow.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I allow this application and direct the court below to enlarge the petitioner on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-XII, Ranchi, in connection with Kotwali (Sukhdeo Nagar) P.S. Case No. 865 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 5322 of 2013 (S.T. No. 141 of 2014).
