The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Murhu P.S. Case No.40 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.216 of 2014, for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the facts of this case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, Ram Tirkey, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti, in connection with, Murhu P.S. Case No.40 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.216 of 2014.
