There is allegation that the accused persons caused assault to the informant and snatched away her ornaments. She was also man-handled and made to parade in half undressed condition.

It is submitted that prior to the present case, petitioner no.1 has lodged a case against the informant and other accused against kidnapping of her son Sandeep. In order to save their skin, they have lodged this case with false allegations.

Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts and circumstances, above named petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of two weeks from today and on such surrender they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of Sri A. Verma, learned J.M. 1^st Class, Sahibganj in connection with Borio P.S. Case No.250 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.560 of 2014 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
