The petitioners have been prosecuted for causing torture and
treating the complainant with cruelty for want of more dowry.
It is submitted that petitioners are brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the complainant. The husband has already filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights and that indicates that he is ready to keep the complainant with him.
Counsel for the State has opposed the prayer.
Considering matrimonial nature of offence as well as facts and circumstances, the petitioners named above are directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of two weeks from today and on such surrender, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. Chatra in connection with Pathalgadda P.S. Case No. 28/ 2014 [G.R. No. 591/2014] subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
