Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It is alleged that petitioner has assaulted brother of the complainant and snatched away Rs.3000/- from his possession.
It is submitted that allegation of theft has been super-added to make the offence non-bailable. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.
Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts, above named petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of two weeks from today and on such surrender he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bokaro in connection with C.P. Case No.240 of 2013 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
