Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 304-B / 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, in connection with S.T. No.24 of 2013, arising out of Katras (Tetulmari) P.S. Case No.272 of 2012, corresponding to G.R. No.4357 of 2012.
Petitioners are the parents-in-law of the deceased and there being allegation against them also to have subjected the deceased to cruelty and torture for demand of dowry and to have committed her dowry death, earlier the bail application of these petitioners was rejected on merits by order dated 13.5.2013 in B.A. No.1880 of 2013.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has renewed the prayer for bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail stands rejected.
