05/02.12.2014 The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the question paper which was supplied to the candidates for Urdu language should have been in Urdu whereas, it has been provided in the Hindi and English languages.
The learned Senior counsel appearing for the Jharkhand Academic Counsel submitted that the advertisement no. 95 of 2012 was issued in the newspaper on 17.11.2012 and examination was conducted on 26.04.2013. The result of the said examination was declared on 28.05.2013. It has been amply made clear in the advertisement that for the regional languages the question paper would be in Hindi and English languages and accordingly, the question paper for Child Development and Pedagogy was provided to the candidates in both the languages. The plea of the petitioner that it should have been in Urdu thus, cannot be exceeded to.
In view of the aforesaid facts, particularly, the conditions in the advertisement dated 17.11.2012, I find no merit in the writ petition and accordingly, it is dismissed.
