Ms Joysri Enterprises through Its Partner Jolly Talukdar Alias Jolly Majumdar Vs Mines And Geological Survey

The petitioner was settled with a mining lease for ten years. During subsistence of the lease, one of the partners of the petitioner approached to the Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar for transferring the lease in the name of the Respondent No.4. When the petitioner came to know the same, he did raise objection, but the Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar by overruling the objection of the petitioner, did transfer the lease in the name of the Respondent No.4.

Being aggrieved with that order, the petitioner filed a Revision application before the Mines Commissioner, Jharkhand vide Revision Case No.58 of 2012 on 08.05.2012 which is still pending since then. Under this situation, this Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the authorities to dispose of the said Revision petition at the earliest.

In view of the facts and circumstances, stated above, it would be proper and appropriate to direct the revisional authority to dispose of Revision Case No.58 of 2012 which is still pending since 08.05.2012, within a period of three months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.

With this observation and direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of,.
