This interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, namely, Sukurhutu Matsyajivi Swablambi Sahyog Samitee Ltd., for allowing him to be impleaded as respondent in the instant case, as according to the applicant, the applicant does acquire right by virtue of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court and on account of that, the applicant interest gets involved in the subject matter of this case.

This interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, namely, Kanke Prakhand Matsya Jivi Sahyog Samitee Ltd. for allowing him to be impleaded as Performa -Respondent in the instant case, as the interest of the applicant is very much involved in the subject matter of this case.
Mr. Sahani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter be posted for the next Wednesday i.e. on 09.07.2014, so that in the meantime, he may file rejoinder to the I.A. No.3264 of 2014 and I.A. No.3269 of 2014 filed on behalf of the applicant.
Meanwhile, counter affidavit be filed on behalf of the State.
Till then, interim order passed on 24.06.2014 shall continue.
