/17.11.2014: According to learned counsel for the complainant, present criminal miscellaneous petition has become infructuous, as the complaint case, which was filed before the learned court-below at Ranchi, has been returned with a view to enable the complainant to file it before the appropriate Court having jurisdiction and accordingly, it has also been filed.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, prays for and is allowed one week's time to verify this fact.
