04/ 25.02.14. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a criminal case filed against the petitioner is an outcome of the civil dispute. At the same time, the petitioner had also filed a criminal case before lodgment of this case against the opposite party no.2. Now both the parties are desirous to have have compromise in the matter so that they may pursue the matter relating to their right through civil proceeding and therefore, the matter be posted on the same day when Cr.M.P.No.579 of 2013 has ordered to be posted in which the petitioner is the opposite party-informant.
In view of the submission, let this matter be posted along with Cr.M.P.No.579 of 2013 on 10.3.2014.
Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in P.C.R. Case no.112 of 2013, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar
