8/ 02.12.2014 Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed Cr.M.P. No. 350 of 2014 arising out of the same case, in which, interim protection has already been granted to the petitioner by order dated 21.4.2014.
As such, there is no apprehension of arrest to the petitioner at the present. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to renew the prayer again, if so required after disposal of said Cr.M.P. No. 350 of 2014.
