The petitioners are apprehending their arrests in connection with Mandu P.S. Case No. 2 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No. 13 of 2013, for the alleged offence under Sections 384, 386 of the Indian Penal Code.
Though there is allegation against the petitioners in the F.I.R., but it appears from the impugned order that the case has since been compromised between the parties.
In the facts of this case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, Parmanand Singh & Chotu Singh. Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of their arrest / surrender, the petitioners named above shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Kamla Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag, or her successor, in connection with, Mandu P.S. Case No. 2 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No. 13 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
