2/05.04.2013: This application has been filed for extension of date of
surrender.
It appears that petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 6.2.2013 in ABA No. 4297 of 2012 with a direction to surrender in the court below by 18.2.2013. However, petitioner could not surrender by that time because of her illness. In support of the said contention, petitioner has filed medical certificate.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I allow this application and extend the date of surrender by 15.04.2013. The rest of the order dated 06.02.2013 passed in ABA No. 4297 of 2012 shall remain same.
Let this order be communicated to the court concerned through 'FAX' at the cost of petitioner.
