By this petition, petitioner herein is seeking a direction upon the respondents to rectify the date of birth of the petitioner as 09.05.1957 instead of 11.04.1961 mentioned in the Unique Identification Aadhar Card Number 8105-1625-4434 so as to maintain the identity of the petitioner under Aadhar (Targeted

Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidized Benefits & Services) Act, 2016 maintained by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made a representation on 25.06.2025, before respondent nos. 1 and 2, but the same has not been considered by the respondents till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would feel satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2025, within a reasonable period of time.

Learned counsel for the respondents is not averse to the proposition being made by Mr. G. S. Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner.
