Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied, if the petition is disposed of by directing respondents to consider his application/representation in accordance with law.
Mr. M.A. Chashoo, leanred AAG for the respondents, submits that the petition is not maintainable in view of the fact that the fresh tenders have been issued after cancellation of the earlier tenders by the government which is under challenge in this petition. He further submits that writ petition filed by the petitioner would be considered and decided in accordance with law.
In view of the submissions, made by the learned counsel for the parties, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the application/representation of the petitioner, if any, pending before them within a period of four months from the date copy of this order is served upon respondents.
