This petition is pending since 2013. There had been no representation on behalf of the petitioner for the last couple of hearings. Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner today also. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the present petition or the petition had become infructuous with the passage of time, otherwise, the petitioner would have taken steps for the listing of the matter or would have remained present before this Court. Even having regard to the relief claimed by the petitioner, the same appears to have become infructuous.
Therefore, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
Interim direction, if any, stands vacated.
