On 07.09.2021, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to seek instructions from the petitioner and on 08.02.2022, again time was granted to him to report instructions.
Today, nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner nor he has reported instructions. It appears that the petitioner is not interested otherwise, either learned counsel for the petitioner would have appeared or he would have reported instructions.
As such, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
Interim direction if any, shall stand vacated.
