In the instant petition, the petitioner has questioned the order of
suspension of his dealership of a fair price shop dated 01.12.2014 issued by the respondent no. 3. Reply to the petition has been filed wherein it has been admitted that the licence qua the fair price shop of the petitioner came to be suspended in terms of an order dated 01.12.2014. However, it is being averred that the said order of suspension came to be revoked vide order dated 26.12.2014, thus, rendering the petition infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid position, nothing survives for adjudication in the matter, as such the petition shall stand settled and disposed of along with connected applications.
