None has appeared on behalf of the petitioners on the previous two consecutive dates of hearing. Same is the position today also suggesting that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the present petition, as such, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
The dismissal of the petition, however, shall not stand in the way of the petitioners to seek revival of the same within four weeks from the date of passing of this order in case cause survives.
