Petitioners are stated to be the students of 1^st and 2^nd years of Para Medical Courses such as GNM, X-Ray Technician, Lab Assistant, etc. studying in different colleges of the Kashmir valley including private colleges like AMT College, Srinagar. The only relief the petitioners are seeking is that respondents may be directed to take a decision on the representation filed by them for conducting annual examination in terms of Circular No. F. No. 22-10/2020-INC dated 10.07.2020 issued by the Nursing Council of India.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would feel satisfied in case a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners within a certain timeframe.

Having regard to the relief prayed for, this petition is disposed of at its threshold with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners stated to have been filed by them within a period of four weeks’ from the date copy of this order is made available to them by the petitioners.
