By medium of the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction
upon the respondent to issue order to appointment as Lambardar for Qasba Lar in favour of petitioner in accordance with the resolution passed by inhabitants vide dated 09/12/2020.
Mere being eligible does not form a ground for the petitioner for directing the to issue order to appointment as Lambardar for Qasba Lar in favour of petitioner, therefore, the instant writ petition being misconceived, shall stand dismissed alongwith connected CM(s).;
