Mr. S.T.Hussain, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is seeking his release on bail in connection with FIR No. 118/2010 Police station Batamaloo for the commission of offence punishable under Section 302,457,380 RPC and presently lodged at Central Jail, Srinagar.
Mr. S.T.Hussain, learned senior counsel submits that instead of styling the petition as Bail Application, the subject has been styled as WP (C) by inadvertent mistake.
Heard.
Considered.
On perusal of the pleas raised in the writ petition supported with the documents and on the strength of submissions made by Mr. Hussain, learned senior counsel, the plea is accepted and the registry is directed to treat this writ petition as having being disposed of and register it as bail application under the same title.
After registering the writ petition as bail application, same be listed on Mondayi.e. 22nd of March, 2021.
