On two previous hearings, when the matter was listed before the Court viz. 21st of August, 2020; and 21st of October, 2021, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner Association. Today, also, when the case came up for consideration, none is present on behalf of the Petitioner Association. Seemingly, the Petitioner Association appears to have lost interest in prosecuting this Petition. May be the cause for which this Petition was filed does not survive at this point of time. Accordingly, this Writ Petition, along with the connected CMs(s), is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim
directions, if any subsisting as on date, shall stand vacated.
