but no formal notice has been issued therein as yet. Seemingly, it appears that
the Petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting this Contempt Petition. May be the cause for which the Contempt Petition was filed does not survive at this
point in time. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition shall stand dismissed for
want of prosecution.
