This Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of ad-interim Order
dated 1st of October, 2018 passed in OWP No. 1856/2018, whereby status quo on spot was directed to be maintained. However, the Respondents, as arrayed at the time of filing of this Contempt Petition, have since demitted office(s) on account of their transfer to some other office or retirement from service. Accordingly, it is thought just and proper to dispose of this Contempt Petition by directing the Respondents to file Objections in the main Petition, if not already done, as well as compliance of Order dated 1st of October, 2018 by the next date of hearing fixed in the main Petition. Ordered accordingly. Contempt Petition disposed of accordingly.
