By this application, the applicant/ petitioner who is the only surviving petitioner in
the writ petition seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
On the set of facts and the grounds urged coupled with the submissions made, the application is allowed.
The writ petition is taken on board. It is dismissed as withdrawn, along with all CMs with liberty as prayed for, vis-à-vis the only surviving petitioner (petitioner no. 7)/ applicant. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
